Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to expand our business across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the poultry equipment sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.
- Promote and sell poultry feeding systems, feeding pans, and other poultry equipment to farmers and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and direct customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning and customer engagement.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to the management.
- Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities.
Experience & Overview
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-5 years of sales experience in the poultry/agriculture sector (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Fluency in local languages will be an added advantage.
